Quadrant Natural Fiber Composites, a subsidiary of Quadrant Plastic Composites, leads the way in the manufacture of nonwovens made of natural and synthetic fibres as well as glass and synthetic fibres which are mainly used in the car industry. Nonwovens out of polypropylene and natural fibres and sandwich constructions are thus used to produce carrier components for use both in the interior and in the exterior of the car. Natural fibres are used primarily for applications on which weight, stiffness, form stability, splintering and good acoustic properties are the main requirements applicable to the material, in association with low process costs.

Quadrant Natural Fiber Composites can provide you with a needle-punched nonwoven construction specifically matched to your products. Using a technique developed and patented by us, it is possible to bond different needlepunched nonwovens to a sandwich structure without additional needle-punching. The advantage of these natural and synthetic fibres are combined, thus ensuring enhanced further-processing. The nonwovens as well as sandwiches are available in rollform and single blanks.
