The design of a component requires the know-how to implement the resultant requirements using a special material, besides a precise knowledge of operating loads and geometrical environment. It is primarily process-engineering and mold-engineering boundary conditions which must be allowed for in this case besides the material-specific details.

In order to assist our customers to create components with optimum price, performance and weight from our materials, we provide assistance in this important phase with our many years of experience. Besides load-compliant design of the component, we also allow for the process-engineering boundary conditions and provide advice on design of the molds. We have the appropriate hardware and software for assisting our customers in design and calculation of components.
